I love les dots combined with the white shirt and the red beret is just what the outfit needs.

As for the shoes & socks I would definitely go for short lace socks combined with either pair of shoes.
Both pairs are lovely.
Now all I have to do is to buy a pair of white lace socks and a pair of black strap shoes :)
