Dreamy Carmel by the sea - California

Hello, everybody,

I still have a few outfits from NY to show you, but let's wait
a bit for those and get back to the west coast :)
Down the coast, after San Francisco, there is this little gem of a city,
called Carmel by the sea.
I felt like being in a Hansel and Gretel story, because all the houses
are just so darn cute :) - check the beautiful landscapes here
I highly recommend a visit there, if you happen to be in the area.
I needed a more dreamy outfit as well, but I didn't have one :),
so I just put on a pair of white jeans and a popping top and blazer.

Birthday gal in New York city

Hello, everybody,

Like every year I like to do a special post for my birthday and this
year was extra special, because the location was just amazing.
It is my second birthday in USA, but last time I didn't manage to take photos of me.
Hence the many pictures you will see below now :)
How old am I? 34 now, but who cares :))
Let's discuss though the outfit and the location :)
Do you know how difficult it is to take photos on the Brooklyn bridge
in the middle of the day, without anybody else appearing behind you?
Well, trust me, it is almost impossible, yet I managed to do so, after
many many trials :D
I did not have a sunny sky, but still, the photos are nice
and I made sure to choose some popping colours for the special occasion.
I have of course a lovely midi, pleated skirt and a jeans shirt - the perfect
look for a NYC stroll.
When you have such a nice location, the outfit falls behind anyhow.
 I managed  also to have my Carrie moment :D - just fyi - the curls are natural,
cause my straight hair is actually hard work to do :D.

Monterey & 17 mile drive (scenic road California)

Hello, everybody,

I still have another outfit to share from San Francisco, but that can wait :)
I really wanted to share this one, not because of the outfit,
but because of the location itself.
So, after we left SF, we went down the coast and for 2 nights we stayed
in lovely Carmel by the sea (fairytale city, I tell you).
It is very close to Monterey and as such we visited Monterey
and drove on the scenic road down
the coast, known as the 17 mile drive.
It is a really impressive place to be and you have to wait
for the sunset - it is an absolute must.

San Francisco - day 3

Hello, everybody,

I am no longer in San Francisco these days, but here are some more pictures
from day 3 of the trip.
The locations in this post are from Japanese tea garden and Land's end.
Both locations are a must visit, if you are in the area.
As for the outfit of the day, just like the other 2 (check them here and here),
this one is also simple and casual: jeans, shirt,
sneakers and a hot pink blazer, which was purchased here, at the
incredible price of 19 dollars :D
