Easy DIY Halloween Costume - Dorothy

Hello, everybody!

I have another  Halloween costume inspiration for you today.
Just like Mary Poppins, this one is very easy to assemble with
nothing but a white shirt and a blue skirt.
Then you add a pair of red shoes with white socks and a basket.
I also took my dog :)), but any stuffed toy can do the trick :)
