It's all about the 50s vibe

My Sunday outfit was all about the 50s vibe.

50s has got to be the period I wish I was born in. Everything was just beautiful, starting with the full and wide skirts, the fabulous bouffant dresses, the fabrics, the hairstyle, etc...

So I tried to put some 50s vibe into my lazy Sunday afternoon's outfit 

(and of course a bit of my personal touch as usual :)

I only wish that my skirt had stayed puffed up all time.

But it only stayed like that when the wind was blowing :)

The joy of spring

Well, today spring was really good to mankind and that's why I expressed my joy through my clothes.

I took my lovely trench out in the sun and of course my beautiful green pants were the perfect match for the colour of the trench.

I'll let you enjoy the colours :)

After a while I changed the shoes (I went for a more comfortable pair :)

Spring butterflies in my bedroom

It's been a while since I posted something on home decor 

but I have a fresh and cute post now :)

My green bedroom wall got a new look - some lovely paper butterflies just in time for spring :)

As you can see in the picture below they are close to the lovely paper flowers :)
They are also very close to the flowers on the drapes :)

I got the idea from www.sticker-decorativ.ro

They don't make them from old paper...

but I think that mine are cuter, not to mention cheaper and easy to do at home :)

And my lovely green wall is just the perfect background for contrast :)

As they were still a work in progress :)

Flower girl

How about me wearing the lovely clothes for a change? 

Instead of the lovely iron mannequin you're used to :)

I decided to wear as many  flowers as possible :)

Scooter dress

As you already know I have an addiction :) called "green" and today I acted on it again.

That's why I took my beautiful scooter dress out for a ride in the melting snow.

I don't know if you know but this type of dress was very popular in the 60's and the one I am wearing is fabulous in every way - colour, fabric and everything.

Happy bulbs of spring

Hello everyone and enjoy this colourful DIY project.

The first picture is the tutorial I found some time ago while browsing the blogs.

So I decided to try it on my own.

Here is my outcome :)

My bulbs are not quite well shaped but I like them anyway :)

They are fun to do and I called them happy bulbs :)
The bottle they're in is a vintage version bottle of Coke:)
